Fees: $65.00
Instructions. Send us two copies of your papers (one file copy which will be shredded in 2 years). Put a post it note on the serve copy, and a post it note on any summons or document you wish returned. If service is on a person, always indicate if it is PERSONAL SERVICE ONLY or if Substitute (also called Abode) service is permitted. If on a corporation, we will serve according to the summons or subpoena the RA, corporate officer, director or person in charge.
Rush fee: We will attempt the next day for $100.00. We will accept your documents up to 10 pages by email. Over 10 pages: 20 cents per page for ink/paper & processing. Super Rush fee: We will attempt the same day, within hours of receipt of your documents via email. Please call ahead to arrange for this service. Skip Trace with service of process: Our licensed P.I. will correct an address for you for $25.00. To find a defendant for you, the fee is $50.00 and we require a DOB, prior address or last 4 of the SS number. Hard To Serve. We will serve your hard to serve papers. We need a picture (can be a copy machine picture or a copy of their DL), and some good information such as their work schedule, the days they are most likely to be home, the vehicle (color, type, and plate if possible) and any other info that will help us if this person is likely to refuse the documents or say that they are not who they are to avoid service.
