SERVICE FEES Specializing in Rush Service of process and hard to serve papers originating from Florida and all of the States, including Puerto Rico. We will guarantee our attempted service, and provide a photo of the attempts. We will talk to the neighbors, check for a vehicle and do our "due diligence". Standard service: $65.00 in our 25 mile radius. Rush Service - attempt made the next day after receipt. We will make 4 attempts, two attempts per day. Proof in 2-3 days or sooner if requested in advance. $100.00 Super Rush Service - attempts to serve the same day received and the proof of service scanned, e-mailed and mailed within 24 hours or sooner if requested in advance. $125.00 Hard to Serve - we specialize in "hard to serve" papers if you have had previous problems locating and/or serving someone or the recipient is likely to refuse the documents or state they are not who they are to avoid service. We will request a photo of the person to be served (photocopy via email or mail) or a regular photo. You can cut out any additional persons that appear in the photo. It is also helpful if we know the type of vehicle and tag number and/or state of registration, age, description and any other information that will expedite the process. We are 99% successful in serving divorce, contempt, alimony modification requests and other types of documents that the intended recipient does not wish to receive and or is avoiding service of process. If we cannot serve the paper, you will receive a detailed affidavit of non service and due diligence and photos so you can request alternate service. $100 - $125.00 (depending on complexity) Skip Trace with service of process: Our licensed P.I. will correct an address for you for $10.00 To find a defendant for you, the fee is $50.00 and we require a DOB, prior address or last 4 of the SS number. We are honest. There are no hidden fees or fees for mileage except as noted on this website. You will always be notified before you incur any additional charges. We do not charge for one or two notarized proofs, and if the proof is lost, we will gladly provide another for you at no additional cost. We request that you advise us in advance if this is a "Hard to Serve" paper or RUSH or SUPER RUSH so you can pay for and receive the services you expect. INSTRUCTIONS Receipt by e-mail. We will accept your PDF up to 25 pages at the published fee. Larger files require 20 cents per page to reimburse us for paper and ink. Call us first to lock in the fee and the services. Put a post-it note on the serve copy, and a post it note on any summons or document you wish returned. Always tell us in your cover letter how we are permitted to serve your paper - all service is personal in hand, what we need to know is if "substitute (abode) service" is permitted or "Personal ONLY". We always try to serve the highest corporate officer or registered agent, but often may only serve an appointed representative, manager or person in charge. HOW WE SERVE YOUR PAPERS We follow your instructions or we will serve your papers according to the laws of your State Service Information We Need From You If service is on a person, always indicate if it is PERSONAL SERVICE ONLY or if Substitute (also called Abode) service is permitted. We will make every attempt at personal service, but if time is of the essence, and substitute service is permitted, we will serve a competent adult residing at the residential abode or a family member, according to the rules of your court. Please advise us in advance of the type of service that is required to satisfy your court. If on a corporation, we will serve according to your instructions or the name on the writ, summons or subpoena - we will serve either the Registered Agent, a corporate officer, director or person in charge.
