$40.00 in Duval County/$60.00 outside Duval County.

      

Rush Service:  Add $40.00 to the base fee.

Investigative Services:  We will verify an address that you provide for $28.00 or locate/skip trace a witness/defendant for you for $68.00.  Our licensed, bonded and insured P.I. will perform a full range of investigative services for $80/hour or a per job fee. 

 

Service is for one person or defendant at one address.  If you ask us to go to a 2nd address, we will do so but you must pay a 2nd fee for the 2nd address.  If there are 2 or more defendants at one address, we will discount the additional defendants by $20.00.

 

Once the service has been ordered, there are no refunds.

Method of Service

How we serve our papers:  we try mornings, afternoons and evenings including Saturdays.  If a defendant is exceptionally difficult, we work as early as 6:30 AM and as late as 10:00 PM.  After 5 attempts on different days and hours, we will notify you of the problems we are having.  We will request additional funds for additional attempts or we will issue an Affidavit of Due Diligence and Non-Service.

Payment Method

          Unless the job is a RUSH, please send payment in advance.

      Pro-Se - Please send a U.S. money order or give us your e-mail account so you can pay via Pay Pal using your credit card.

       Attorneys - We request payment in advance by a business check.  If you have made arrangements to be billed, we require that your cover letter states "We promise to pay you for service of process in the amount of " and include our quoted fee.
