Welcome to the Pope Process Inc. website.  We hope you will enjoy this home made website. We enjoyed creating it ourselves.  It may not be fancy, but then there is nothing fancy about Pope Process. We are down to earth, honest and sincere about service of process.

We have all the information here that you may need to send your job to us.  We specialize in "hard to serve" summons (or citation) and complaints; motions; orders and subpoenas in all jurisdictions. 

Fee for routine service with an attempt within 3 days: $65.00

Rush service - next day service - $100.00

Rush service - same day service - $125.00

Hard to serve - $125.00.  We request a picture of the party to be served and/or a description including vehicle information if possible.

Appointed by the Sheriff of Duval and Saint Johns County - we serve all of Jacksonville vicinity, St. Augustine and Ponte Vedra.
