You can count on our superior service and experience.  Our process servers have great knowledge of the area, strong work ethic and dedication to the profession of process serving.  This assures quality of work.   We work hard to ensure timely and accurate service of process upon your defendant or witness. Once you try our service, you will use no other process servers.

Company Profile

FLORIDA:  All process servers are appointed by the Sheriff of Jacksonville.  We are authorized to serve Florida summons and complaints in Duval County, Jacksonville, Florida.  We also serve writs and orders. We will post your 3 day eviction notices and foreclosure notices on an expedited basis for $10.00 extra.   We serve outside of Duval County with a motion and order.  Please note:  no matter what any other process server tells you - only the sheriff can serve papers in Clay, Nassau and Putnam Counties.  The only other "proper" service which can be made is by an Appointed process server which requires a Motion and Order.  We do not accept or serve fax copies of a summons and complaint - as per statute - we can only serve an original or a True Copy.

OUT OF STATE: We serve ALL out of state papers within the State of Florida; including writs, summons and complaints or petitions, subpoenas and orders throughout the State of Florida and can handle all of your work.  We also perform court filings, and will file your proof of service in Duval County for free.  If it is a rush, we will accept a fax copy or email of your papers if it is permitted by the State of origination.
